Pietisserie’s take on pie is playful, modern, and elegant. Based in Oakland, CA, the company took form after Jaynelle St. Jean started to give away slices from a "country window" at her mother's San Francisco home. At the time, she knew how to make just three pies, but in this beginning she uncovered a newfound calling: to share a future memory of pie.
