Pain aux Raisin
Baking Instructions for Pain aux Raisin (Raisin heritage rolls)
These croissants are to be baked from frozen, unlike our butter croissants.
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. While the oven is preheating, set the croissants onto an ungreased baking tray. Optional: beat one egg and brush the croissants--this will make them shiny when they're done.
2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
3. Enjoy warm!
